I have been enjoying archery and hunting for 30 years. In the last four years I have found a true love as a professional cameraman. It is not just hunting but getting to share the hunt. I have been hunting and videoing with Adventure Bound Outdoors for the past two years and could not ask for a better group of people to spread the Lord’s message. I have competed as a pro archer for the past four years, and competed in the Senior Pro class using my bow choice for competion as the Mathews Dernilan LD. I use a Mathews DXT as my bow choice for hunting. Some of my accomplishments include:

2003-ASA LA 1st Place Open A 2 of top 5 finishes
2 time Arkansas ASA State Champion
2 time Ben Pearson Memorial Open Champion

When not competing, I enjoy playing with my grandchildren Ashlynn age 6 and Cooper age 3. The best advice I can give to new archers is to go to an archery pro shop and get help and tips on bow set up and tuning. Do not start with bad habits. A bow is like a pair of shoes, it needs to fit you.

I am twenty-six years old, have been married for four years, and we have a beautiful six-month old baby boy who is our miracle child.  After getting married I began teaching and coaching highschool football.  When I was not on the field coaching I could be found sitting in a tree stand, bow in hand waiting for the oppurtunity to harvest a mature whitetailed buck or a long nosed doe.

From the age of four I have had a deeply engrained love for the outdoors, hunting and fishing.  I started dove hunting with my Dad when I was barely big enough to walk through the mowed corn rows to retrieve the birds that Dad shot with amazing accuracy. It was not long until I had a NEF single shot 12 guage that I used to hunt a variety of small game.  I eventually graduated to chasing the big game of Southwest Missouri.  Every fall was dedicated to sitting in a tree stand and putting venison in the freezer.  Spring time was reserved for chasing big love sick Tom turkeys through the open green fields and Missouri hardwoods.  I love everything about the outdoors more today than I ever have and that is because I have learned to appreciate everything about them.  Every day that I am able to take my bow into the treestand, or try and call in a big Missouri struttin Tom is a gift from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

My wife and I are now full-time evangelist.  We travel with a group called Team Xtreme all over the world sharing the full Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Team Xtreme performs feats of strength such as breaking bricks, flipping cars, bench pressing a car engine, among a variety of other things all to demonstrate the love of God for each one of us.  When we are not traveling with Team Xtreme my wife and I travel to different churches and youth groups and outdoor expos preaching and holding revivals.

I love the outdoors, but my PASSION is to see Jesus Christ save and change the lives of people.  It is my prayer that everything that I do in my life glorifies my God.  God is so good and He loves His children (you and me) so much that He sent His one and only Son to die for us so that we could spend eternity with Him in Heaven (John 3:16)  It is my passion and desire that in everything that I do whether it be preaching in churches, traveling with TX, or being on Pro-Staff with Adventure Bound Outdoor's that people would come to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

My name is Ty Green. I am a vocations instructor at a residential facility for troubled juvenile delinquents. At work I enjoy teaching, ministering (when possible), and being the best example I can during the time I spend with the students. I enjoy singing with our church worship team; nothing fills me like singing praise to my Savior. I am 33 years old and live in SW Iowa.

I am married to a wonderful wife, Christy, who supports me in all the things I do and is a strong Godly foundation in my life. I enjoy my 3 children Wyatt 9, Garrett 6, and Faith 3 who share my love for our Lord as well as my love for the outdoors. Since I was 12 years old, I have been found with a gun or bow in my hand hunting for whatever was in season. My favorite is hunting for turkeys; I have killed three of the four subspecies and am the Osceola away from my Grand Slam. Whitetails hold a big place in my heart and every fall you can find me chasing an Iowa bruiser with my bow. I enjoy living and hunting in the Midwest, however one day hope to pursue elk and black bear in other states.

I also hold a big love for shooting 3d and pop-up 3d archery, and enjoy the time I spend with my boys hunting and shooting. I love introducing kids and adults alike to the great sport of hunting. It is my goal to share the love of our Savior with everyone I meet. I am honored to be part of Adventure Bound Outdoors and blessed to have the chance to share the truth about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I am 35 years old and live in San Antonio, TX with my wife, Shari, and two wonderful daughters, Hannah and Naomi. I began hunting under my grandfather over 25 years ago. His passion for the outdoors quickly became my own. My career has involved a great deal of success in various types of hunting and fishing. Most notably I’ve served as a guide for turkey hunts in Missouri and competed in bass and catfish tournaments. All throughout my outdoor career I’ve always had a great passion to bring more individuals to share wonderful experiences in God’s country. I wish words could express the awesome privilege I have had to hunt and minister with the men of Adventure Bound Outdoors. Having now been invited to be a part of this wonderful ministry adds further purpose to my outdoor endeavors.

I currently serve as a Chaplain in the Army. I regularly preach and teach the Word of God to our Soldiers whether through Chapel services, training environments, counseling, or even in deployments. I deployed to Iraq in October 2006 and was medically evacuated in November 2007 due to a deadly cancer that began rapidly spreading which threatened my life. This placed me in our Warrior Transition Units in the DC area for the next 2.5 years. It only took a couple of months in these units to see that outdoor trips would provide these heroes with a truly therapeutic retreat from their daily difficulties. Throughout treatments for my cancer, I began working with numerous organizations across the nation to provide hunting and fishing trips for these Soldiers. This led me to start Chappy’s Outdoor Endeavors and through this I’ve now been a part of organizing more than 80 different trips. Over the past 3 years, I’ve now taken an interest in filming these same trips to share these memories for a lifetime.

It will always be my goal to honor my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ in all that I do whether through my ministry as a Chaplain or as a videographer or guide. I will always be grateful to my grandfather for starting this passion within me and to the men on the Pro Staff here for showing me how my greater love for Christ can be spread through the outdoors.
